摘要
目的:探讨应用超声诊断技术在睾丸扭转中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年1月-2016年1月诊治的经手术证实睾丸扭转患者25例的临床资料。结果 :本组25例中,诊断为睾丸完全扭转11例,不完全扭转14例。超声诊断准确率为92%,误诊率为8%。结论:超声能较准确诊断睾丸扭转,给临床治疗方案提供重要的作用。
Objective ：To explore the application value of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods ： The clinical data of 25 patients with testicular torsion confirmed pathologically were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2013 to Jan 2016. Results ： Among the 25 cases,11 cases were diagnosed as testicular torsion completely and 14 cases were incomplete torsion. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 92% and the misdiagnosis rate was 8% by ultrasound technology. Conclusion ： Ultrasound can accurately diagnose testicular torsion and play an important role for clinical treatment.
