高通量血液透析对老年尿毒症患者血CPR、IL-6、IL-8与TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of high-flux hemodialysis on the plasma levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in elderly uremia patients

目的:比较高通量血液透析(HFHD)和低通量血液透析(LFHD)对老年尿毒症患者血中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:选取老年尿毒症患者94例,分为HFHD组(46例)与LFHD组(48例),HFHD组患者每周透析3次,4 h/次,采用费森尤斯高通量聚砜膜透析器FX60,超滤系数46 ml(h·mm Hg)。LFHD组每周透析3次,4 h/次,采用威高聚砜膜透析器F16,超滤系数20 ml(h·mm Hg)。比较透析前及透析1年后,患者CRP、IL-6、IL-8与TNF-α水平。结果:透析1年后,HFHD组患者CRP、IL-6、IL-8与TNF-α均较透析前明显降低(P<0.05),且明显低于LFHD组患者水平(P<0.05)。结论:HFHD可降低老年尿毒症患者血中CRP、IL-6、IL-8与TNF-α水平。

Objective： To compare the effects of high-flux hemodialysis （HFHD） and low-flux hemodialysis （LFHD） on the plasma levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in elderly uremia patients. Methods： 94 elderly uremia patients were selected and divided into two groups： 46 cases in HFHD group and 48 cases in LFHD group. All patients underwent hemodialysis 3 times a week and 4 h each time for one year, then their respective plasma levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were detected and compared before hemodialysis and 1 year after hemodialysis. Results： One year after hemodialysis, levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in HFHD patients were significantly lower than those of patients before hemodialysis （P〈0.05）, and they were also lower than those in the LFHD group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： HFHD can decrease plasma levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α in elderly uremia patients
