目的:探讨男性因素在预防出生缺陷方面的作用。方法:采用国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目,对鸠江区417例男性国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目技术服务家庭档案进行分析。结果:在417例男性孕前检查中,累计风险达到55.15%。结论:孕前检查男性人群中风险发生较高,男性风险因素对孕前优生影响不容忽视,建议加强男性健康教育,鼓励丈夫在妻子孕前参加健康体检。
