病毒性脑炎动态脑电图与常规脑电图对照分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨病毒性脑炎实施脑电图检查的临床价值。方法:以45例疑似病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象,分别实施常规脑电图检查和动态脑电图检查,观察比较脑电图异常情况和癫痫样放电发生情况。结果:动态脑电图检查在诊断结果、癫痫样放电上的阳性率(77.8%和66.7%)均明显高于常规脑电图检查(57.8%和26.7%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者病情越严重,脑电图检查异常率越高。结论:针对病毒性脑炎患者,脑电图诊断具有较高的应用价值,其中动态脑电图检查对脑电异常活动的敏感性更高。 Objective: To analyze the clinical value of the implementation of EEG in patients with viral encephalitis. Methods: 45 cases of suspected viral encephalitis patients admitted into our hospital as the research subjects were implemented REEG and AEEG examinations respectively, the EEG anomalies and epileptic discharges were compared. Results: The positive rate of AEEG in diagnosis and epileptic discharge (77.8% and 66.7% respectively) were higher than that of REEG (57.8% and 26.7% respectively), which were of statistical differences(P〈0.05). The more severe of disease, the higher of the abnormal rate of EEG in patients. Conclusion: For patients with viral encephalitis, EEG diagnosis has a high application value, and especially AEEG is more highly sensitive to the EEG abnormal activities. So, high priority should be given to the use of AEEG.
