舒适护理在男性全麻患者术后留置导尿管中的应用

Application of comfort nursing to postoperative indwelling urethral catheter for male patients with general anesthesia

目的:探讨舒适护理在男性全麻患者术后留置导尿管中的应用价值。方法:将68例全麻术后留置导尿管的男性患者随机分为2组各34例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组予以舒适护理,对比两组术后麻醉苏醒后尿道刺激反应程度、术后尿道舒适度、护理满意度等情况。结果:观察组麻醉苏醒后尿道刺激反应轻度为79.4%,高于对照组的23.5%,重度反应为20.6%,低于对照组的76.5%;观察组舒适度为88.2%,高于对照组的67.6%。观察组护理满意度为91.2%,明显高于对照组的64.7%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对全麻下留置导尿管的男性患者实施舒适护理,能有效降低麻醉苏醒是患者尿道刺激的反应程度,提高患者舒适度,减轻其痛苦,同时还可有效提升护理满意度,具有较高应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the application value of comfort nursing in postoperative indwelling urethral catheter for male patients with general anesthesia. Methods： 68 male patients with general anesthesia undergoing postoperative indwelling urethral catheter were randomized into 2 groups with 34 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were subjected to conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group were subjected to the comfort nursing. Then the reaction degree of posterior urethral stimulation of postoperative anesthesia, others of both groups were compared. Results： postoperative urethral comfort, nursing satisfaction and Mild reaction of urethral stimulation in the observationgroup after anesthesia recovery was 79.4%, higher than 23.5% in the control group; severe reaction rate was 20.6%, lower than 76.5% in the control group; the comfort level was 88.2%, higher than 67.6% in the control group; and the nursing satisfaction degree was 91.2%, significantly higher than 64.7% in the control group, which were of statistical differences between both groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The comfort nursing applied to male patients indwelling urethral catheter under general anesthesia can effectively reduce anesthesia, enhance the reaction degree of urinary tract stimulation of patients, improve the comfort and reduce the pain of patients. Meanwhile, it can also effectively improve the satisfaction degree of nursing service, which has higher application values.
