预防性护理干预对老年卧床鼻饲患者并发症的影响

Effect of preventive nursing intervention on nasal feeding complications in elderly bedridden patients

目的:探索应用预防性护理干预对预防老年卧床患者鼻饲并发症的效果。方法:选取在我科住院的80例老年卧床鼻饲患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组按传统方法予患者留置胃管并行鼻饲饮食的常规护理;观察组患者在常规护理的基础上分析患者并发症发生的原因,有针对性地采取预防性护理干预措施。比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者鼻饲各并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年卧床鼻饲患者实施预防性护理干预,可有效减少其并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the preventive nursing intervention on preventing the occurrence of nasal feeding complications in elderly bedridden patients. Methods： 80 elderly bedridden nasal feeding patients in our hospital were randomized into the control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing method by indwelling gastric tube and performing nasogastric feeding, while causes of complications were analyzed and specific countermeasures of preventive nursing intervention were taken for patients in the observation group.on the basis of controventional nursing method. Then the complications incidence in both groups was compared. Results： The incidence of nasal feeding complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, which was of significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The implement of prev- entive nursing intervention in elderly bedridden patients with nasal feeding can effectively reduce the incidence of nasal feeding complications, alleviate the patient＇s pain and improve the living quality of patients.
