老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭无创通气治疗的护理

Care of noninvasive ventilation therapy in senile chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases complicated with severe respiratory failure

目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并重症呼吸衰竭患者采用无创通气治疗并配合针对性护理的实施效果。方法:选取我院收治的84例COPD合并症状呼吸衰竭老年患者,随机分为治疗组和常规组,分别采用无创通气配合针对性护理和常规治疗配合常规护理,比较两组患者治疗效果、呼吸功能恢复正常时间、住院时间和护理满意度。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率(97.62%)高于常规组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者呼吸功能恢复正常时间和住院时间均少于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭采用无创通气配合针对性护理可缩短患者治疗时间,提高患者疗效和护理满意度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilation therapy and targeted care on the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） complicated with severe respiratory failure （SRF）. Methods： 84 cases senile COPD complicated with SRF in our hospital were randomized into the treatment group undergonging noninvasive ventilation therapy and targeted care, and the conventional group receiving conventional treatment and nursing. Then, the efficacy, time for respiratory function returning to normal, hospital stay and satisfactory degree of nursing for patients in both groups were evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（97.62%） was higher than（83.33%）in the conventional group （P〈0.05）; the respective time for respiratory function returning to normal and hospital stay in the treatment group was less than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）; and the nursing satisfactory degree of the treatment group was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The application of noninvasive ventilation therapy and targeted care in the treatment of senile COPD complicated with SRF can shorten the therapeutic time and improve the efficacy and nursing satisfacory degree of patients.
