摘要
噬菌体展示随机肽库是将编码外源性多肽的DNA序列插入噬菌体外壳蛋白基因,产生由数十亿种随机肽段与噬菌体外壳蛋白以融合形式呈现在噬菌体表面的重组噬菌体库。近年来,噬菌体展示随机肽库已成为筛选蛋白和多肽的重要生物技术,并被广泛应用于医学研究。笔者就其在肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病研究以及疫苗研制中的应用现状进行综述。
