小直径光纤陀螺测斜系统井下电路设计

摘要 给出了一种基于嵌入式系统的小直径测斜系统井下电路系统解决方案,该方案以ARM为处理核心,实现对光纤陀螺和加速度计组成的惯性组件的信号采集,并对采集到的数据进行解算,井下电路系统与地面系统采用曼彻斯特码半双工方式通信,通过ARM用软件编程的方式实现对数据的编码及解码运算,实现与地面的远程通信。实际测试表明,此系统能够稳定、可靠的采集惯性组件的信号并与地面系统正常通信,并且系统具有尺寸小、耐高温、功耗低的特点。 This paper presents a underground circuit system solution based on the small diameter embedded systems . This solution collects the signal of the FOG IMU and accelerometers ,and solvers the collected data .The underground circuit systems uses Manchester coding to realize half-duplex communication with the ground systems ,encodes and decodes the data through ARM software programming ,to achieve the remote communication with the ground systems . Practical tests show that this system is able to acquire signal of IMU and communicate with the ground system stably and reliably ,and this system’s size is small ,low power consumption ,and can work in the environment with high temperature .
