The competency standards and training programs for the ＂integration＂ vocational education teachers cultivation of mechanical technology specialties in Tianjin University of Technology and Education was determined based on the demand research. Under the framework, the university has built and implemented the curriculum system with the standard of normal ability, professional theory ability, professional practice ability and vocational ability. At present, the specialty＇ s talent training quality is fine, and the employment rate of its vocational education teachers is up to 95%.
