拟企业化生产实训在药品生物检定技术实践教学中的应用

On the Application of Simulating-enterprise model in Practice Teaching of Drug Bioassay Detection Technology

《药品生物检定技术》是生物制药技术专业的一门专业课,与其他课程一同培养高职生物制药技术专业学生的职业能力及职业素养。在传统的单一模块化的实验操作教学中,学生实验独立性差,难以达到课程培养目标,为了解决该问题,该课程与其他课程共同完成了拟企业化的生产实训项目。项目建设包括:教师自身素质的提高;开发基于企业产品生产过程的实训教材;建设开放式实训基地;拟企业化的生产组织和管理方式;分级考核制度的过程性考核评价体系。经过5年13批次的实训,取得了良好的效果。

＂Drug Bioassay Detection Technology＂ is a professional course for bio-pharmaceutical technology, combing in with other courses to raise students＇ vocational skills and qualities. In the traditional and single modular experiments teaching, the students＇ independence is poor, which results in the failing of meeting the coume training goal. To solve the problem, the course and other courses cooperated and completed stimulating-enterprise＇ s production practice project. The project construction is consisted of the improvement of teachers＇ own quality, development of practical training textbook based on enterprise production process, construction of open practical training base, stimulating-enterprise production organization and management pattern and the procedural examination evaluation system of grading appraisal system. After five years of 13 batches of practices, good effect has been achieved.
