摘要
人才储备制度已经成为制造业企业竞争和发展的重要保障,作为企业人才储备的重要来源,高职院校建立完善的职业生涯规划教育体系,有助于为企业培养高质量合格人才。现阶段高职院校学生职业生涯教育在与企业衔接和整合、教育模式、地位和前瞻性、师资队伍方面存在薄弱环节。以人才储备为引导,完善和延伸生涯教育阶段,校企合作开发课程体系,提高师资队伍建设水平,成为高职院校学生职业生涯教育体系完善的重要对策。
The talent reserve system has become important guarantee of competition and development of manufacturing enterprises. As an important source of enterprise talent pool, to establish perfect career planning education system in higher vocational colleges will contribute to develop high quality qualified talents for the enterprises. In the reality stage, career education for higher vocational college students exists some links in the linkage and integration with enterprises, education mode, status and prospective and teachers. To optimize the career education system for students in higher vocational colleges, it is of importance too. Under the leading of talents reserving, it should try to improve and extend career education stage, develop course system by university and enterprise jointly, and improve the level of teaching staff construction.
