摘要
以X市高职院校专职辅导员和学生为调查对象进行问卷调查并统计分析,从高学历辅导员的年龄结构、性别结构、学科背景结构、工作年限结构、专业技术职务结构等基本情况入手,统计分析不同学历、不同工作年限辅导员对工作的感受的差异性,并进一步分析不同学历、不同工作年限辅导员所带学生对其辅导员工作的满意度的差异性,深入了解高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设的现状,归纳问题,总结分析,以为进一步探索推进高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设的策略提供依据。
This study surveyed on fifll time counselors of higher vocational colleges in X city through the questionnaire, and conducted statistical analysis on the differences of working experience of counselors with different academic qualification and working age from the age structure, sex structure, the structure of discipline background, working age structure, professional and technical posts structure of the counselors with high academic qualifications, and further analyzed the difference of their working satisfaction, deeply understood the present situation of" construction of" counselors with high academic qualifications in higher vocational colleges, and through induction and summary analysis, to provide the reference for further exploring the strategies to promote the construction of counselors with high academic qualifications in higher vocational colleges.
