Study on the Strategies for Cultivating the Creative Thinking of Foreign Language Teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校外语教学对于培养创新型人才具有重要作用,因而需要培养更多具有创新思维的外语教师来担当此任。高职院校外语教师创新思维的培养与其自我实现息息相关,可通过不断学习和实践来构建具有个人特色的教学理论,通过丰富的知识体系和对现代技术的掌握来创新教学手段和方法,通过不断的教学反思与科研来促进自身与学习者的共同提升。

The foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in cultivating the innovative talents, and therefore it is necessary to cultivate more foreign language teachers with creative thinking to fill the post. The cultivation of innovative thinking and self-realization of higher vocational college foreign language teachers is closely linked. It is suggested to construct the teaching theory with personal characteristics through continuous learning and practice, innovate the teaching means and methods through grasping the rich knowledge and the modern technology, and promote mutual improvement between themselves and their students through continuous teaching reflection and scientific research.
