摘要
改革开放至今,我国职业教育政策的制定基本尊重伦理原则与规范,符合职业教育发展规律与社会发展要求。对我国职业教育政策发展实践分析表明,我国职业教育政策制定的伦理属性并未完全践行,在政策制定中缺乏伦理学视阈,不利于科学合理地构建现代职业教育体系。对此,应立足全面建成现代职业教育体系的目标,对我国职业教育政策所蕴含的伦理思想进行实然的分析与理性的历史反思。基于现代职业教育政策制定的立足点,秉持立德树人的职业价值观,树立职业教育公平观,坚守公正与公益的伦理准则,通过对职业教育政策导向、政策实践、政策评价标准的伦理规范,推进现代职业教育体系实现内涵创新式发展。
Since the reform and opening-up, the development of vocational education policy in China is respectful for ethical principles and norms and conform to the law of the development of vocational education. Based on the development practice of vocational education policy, the ethical attributes of vocational education haven' t been well implemented, which is lack of ethics from the perspective of policy and is not conducive to the scientific and reasonable construction of modem vocational education system. Therefore, based on the comprehensive construction of modem vocational educational system, analysis and reflection on the ethical thoughts of policy of vocational education in China was carried out from the standpoint of making modern vocational education policy keep moral vocational values, establish the concept of vocational education equity, adhere to the ethical principles of justice and public welfare and guide vocational education policy practice and ethical norms of policy evolutional standards, so as to promote modem vocational education system to realize innovation development.
