摘要
校企合作是高校人才培养、技术创新的基本途径。依据产学合作与校企合作的相关理论,梳理出影响高校校企合作成效的主要因素,并在此基础上构建概念模型,即以合作动力、合作关系、沟通机制、外部环境等因素作为输入变量,以合作行为作为中介变量,研究其对高校校企合作成效的影响作用机理;同时,在概念模型的基础上,构建各影响因素的测量指标。通过实证分析得出:校企合作动力、沟通机制与合作关系这三大主要因素对校企合作行为、合作成效有正向积极影响;外部环境对校企合作成效有正向积极影响,但对校企合作行为影响不显著;校企合作行为对合作成效也有正向积极影响;不同合作模式在合作行为与合作成效方面存在差异,其中,共建校内外实训基地在合作行为上表现的积极性最高,取得的合作成效最好。
School-enterprise cooperation is the basic approach of universities' personnel training. Based on the theories of industry- university collaboration and school-enterprise cooperation, to tease out the main factors influencing the effectiveness of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and to build a conceptual model on this basis, that the power of cooperation, partnership, communication mechanism, external environment and other factors as input variables, cooperative behavior as an intermediary variable to study its effect on the mechanism of action and effective cooperation between colleges and enterprises; at the same time, on the basis of conceptual model, construct measurement indicators for each factor. Empirical analysis concluded that: the three main facto as the power of school-enterprise cooperation, the communication mechanism and the external environment have a positive impact on the behavior and effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation; the relationship of school-enterprise cooperation has positive impact on the behavior of school-enterprise cooperation; the behavior of school-enterprise cooperation has positive impact on the effectiveness; and different modes of cooperation has different effectiveness and behavior of which, building internal-external training base model play the most active behavior and obtain the most effective cooperation.
