摘要 动脉粥样硬化是诱发心脑血管事件的高危因素。颈动脉斑块为动脉粥样硬化的早期体征,MRI不仅可以观察血管管腔的狭窄程度,还可以评价粥样斑块的成分及其稳定性,同时为临床制定治疗方案提供更详尽、准确的信息,具有很好的应用前景。 Atherosclerosis is a high risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Carotid plaques are the early signs of atherosclerosis. Magnetic resonance imaging has a good application prospect,which can not only be used to observe the vascular stenosis degree,but also to assess the atherosclerotic plaque composition and stability,and at the same time to provide more detailed and accurate information for clinical treatment.
