摘要
将三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)用作阀控式吸附性玻璃纤维隔板启停电池正极铅膏添加剂,用SEM和XRD分析研究Sb_2O_3添加量对固化后正极活性物质微观结构及四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)含量的影响。当Sb_2O_3添加量从0升高至0.1%后,75℃固化后的正极铅膏4BS晶粒尺寸减小,4BS含量从48.81%降至41.47%;60℃固化后的正极铅膏4BS含量从35.12%降至20.54%,且4BS分布不均匀。Sb_2O_3添加量相同,适当提高固化初期温度,铅膏中4BS的含量增多、分布更均匀。
Antimony trioxide( Sb2O3) was used as additive for the positive lead paste of absorbent glass mat stop/start batteries,the effects of adding Sb2O3 on microstructures and tetrabasic lead sulfate( 4BS) contents of positive active material after curing were studied by SEM and XRD analysis. With the addition amount of Sb2O3 increased from 0 to 0. 1%,the crystal size of 4BS was reduced and the 4BS contents decreased from 48. 81% to 41. 47% during curing at 75 ℃,the 4BS contents decreased from35. 12% to 20. 54% and the distribution of 4BS was uneven during curing at 60 ℃. With the same Sb2O3 addition amount,properly increasing the initial curing temperature increased the contents of 4BS in positive lead paste and the distribution was more uniform.
