重症患者的治疗:科学与艺术 被引量:2

摘要 重症医学是一门年轻而富有活力的学科,目前也正以其鲜活的生命力蓬勃生长。重症医学是研究重症患者疾病机制、诊断和救治方法的科学。而重症患者的治疗是临床最具挑战、也最具吸引力的命题之一,有着极其鲜明的专业特点。重症患者区别于其他专业患者的特点首先是"重",所谓重是指患者的疾病状态已危及、正在造成或已造成器官功能急性损害,此过程如不能被终止或纠正,可危及生命,所以也可以说是生命不能承受之"重"。
