宫颈癌患者行广泛性切除术联合阴道延长术的术后性生活状况研究

Sex life condition of cervical cancer patients after extensive resection combined vaginal lengthening procedure

目的:通过实验研究,了解对宫颈癌患者使用广泛性切除术联合阴道延长术治疗后,患者性生活的质量。方法:收集我院2013年5月至2014年2月到我院妇科接受诊治,且经专科医师确诊为早期宫颈癌患者,择日实施子宫广泛性切除术联合阴道延长术患者30例作为研讨对象。使用统计学随机分组的方法,将30名研究对象随机分成实验组和对照组。实践组实施广泛性切除术联合阴道延长术,对照组实施广泛性切除术进行对比治疗。所有研究对象在治疗完成后6个月使用性功能检测表对30名患者的性功能状态进行评价,并通过问卷调查的方式了解30例患者的治疗后性生活质量和阴道情况。结果:经过试验研究发现,实验组阴道平均增长(9.2±1.3)cm,对照组阴道平均增长(6.2±1.5)cm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时两组患者术后性功能状态和性生活状况和阴道情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对患有宫颈癌的使用广泛性切除术联合阴道延长术治疗后会增长患者阴道长度,并不会引起排尿困难等症状,但对患者性功能有一定的影响,值得临床进一步研究。

Objectives： To study the sex life condition of cervical cancer patients after extensive resection combined vaginal lengthening procedure. Methods： 30 early cervical cancer patients diagnosed by specialists and received extensive resection combined vaginal lengthening procedure in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2014 were selected as research objects. Using the statistics random grouping method,the 30 subjects were randomly divided into practice group and control group. The practice group received extensive resection combined vaginal lengthening procedure while the control group only received extensive resection. The sexual function of patients was evaluated six months after the treatment by sexual function detection table and their sexual life quality was surveyed with questionnaires. Results： The average vaginal growth in practice group and control group was（ 9. 2 ± 1. 3） cm and（ 6. 2 ± 1. 5） cm,without statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Meanwhile,the difference in postoperative sexual function status and sex live and vaginal situation was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion： The use of extensive resection combined vaginal lengthening procedure on cervical cancer patients will increase the vaginal length,and not cause symptoms such as dysuria,but it may affect the patients＇ sexual function,which needs further clinical study.
