甲氨喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:观察甲氨喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院100例异位妊娠患者进行实验观察,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用甲氨喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗方式,肌注1mg/kg甲氨喋呤,口服米非司酮75mg/次,两种药物都是1次/d;对照组使用甲氨喋呤单药治疗,肌注1mg/kg甲氨喋呤,1次/d。观察两组患者的治疗有效率、β-HCG及包块大小、不良反应等病情变化。结果:观察组的总治疗有效率高于对照组,两组患者的β-HCG及包块大小变化的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有一例患者出现高烧恶心的症状,经过一段时间后症状自行消失;对照组有2例患者出现转移酶增长以及腹泻头痛的症状,在一段时间的治疗后自行恢复。结论:甲氨喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果较好。

Objectives： To investigate the clinical effects of methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received methotrexate and mifepristone for treatment,intramuscular 1mg / kg carbamoyl flounder MTX and oral mifepristone 75 mg / time,both once per day. The control group adopted methotrexate monotherapy,intramuscular 1mg / kg carbamoyl flounder methotrexate,once per day.The treatment efficiency,β- HCG and mass size,adverse reactions of both groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency of observation group was higher than control group,and changes in the β- HCG and mass size in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. One patient in observation group had fever nausea,but the symptom disappeared after some time. Two patients in the control group had aminotransferase growth and diarrhea headaches,which disappeared after treatment. Conclusion： Methotrexate and mifepristone is effective in treating ectopic pregnancy.
