Prof.Han Yanhua's Clinical Experience in Headache During Menstruation of Kidney-deficiency and Liver-depression Type

[目的]总结韩延华教授治疗肾虚肝郁型经行头痛临床经验。[方法]从病因病机、辨证要点、用药特点等方面论述韩延华教授治疗肾虚肝郁型经行头痛的学术观点和临床经验,并附验案举隅。[结果]韩延华教授认为本病的病因为肾虚精不化血,冲任血海匮乏,适逢经行,阴血下聚冲任胞宫,全身阴血愈趋不足,血不能上荣于头,脑失所养,发为头痛。治疗上以"补肾填精,养血柔肝"立法,以百灵育阴汤为主方,结合患者的年龄、体质,灵活变通,临床疗效显著,所举验案也获得良效。[结论]韩延华教授治疗肾虚肝郁型经行头痛有独到的临床治疗经验,值得学习应用。

[Objective] This article summarized the experience of Professor Han Yanhua in the treatment of headache during menstruation from the kidneydeficiency and liver-depression .[Methods] From the etiology and pathogenesis, key symptoms and features medication of clinical experience to expound the academic perspective and clinical experience of Professor Han Yanhua in the treatment of headache during menstruation,and lists 1 proven case. [Result] Professor Han Yanhua thinks the cause of the disease is the deficiency of the kidney essence of blood,Chong and Ren lack of Xuehai. During the menstruation, Yin blood perfuses into uterus,whole body Yin blood increasingly inadequate,the blood cannot nourish the head, brain malnutrition and in a headache.The treatments of this disease include tonifying kidney and nourishing essence, nourishing blood and softening the liver. According to patient＇s age and physical, we used Bailing YuyJin Tang,giving the corresponding treatment flexibly,with clinical effieacy.[Conclusion] Professor Han Yanhua treatment in headache during menstruation of kidney-deficiency and liver-depression has unique clinical experience, with significant effect.
