卢苏教授治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗术后骨髓抑制的经验

[目的]探讨卢苏教授治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习,收集整理相关资料和病案,总结各医家对化疗后骨髓抑制的疗法,从阴阳平补、辨证分析,中西结合、扬长避短,整体论治、统筹兼顾,畅调情志、心肾并治几个方面阐明卢苏教授治疗骨髓抑制的学术观念及临床经验,并举案例论证之。[结果]卢苏教授认为本病以阴阳俱损为主要病机,临证结合西医检查手段辨证分析,治疗上阴阳平补,对于治疗妇科肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制疗效较好,所举案例获得良效。[结论]卢苏教授治疗妇科肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的学术思想和临床经验为临床辨证另辟蹊径,方法独特,且疗效显著,其辨证分型、组方用药及加减化裁对临床治疗化疗后骨髓抑制有实用价值,值得学习。

[Objective]Discussesing Professor Lu Su＇s experience for the treatment of gynecologic tumor bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.
