“补肾健脑针法”结合言语训练对脑瘫患儿言语障碍临床观察

Clinical Effect of of Speech Disorder of Tonifying Kidney-strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Speech Training on Cerebral Palsy

[目的]观察"补肾健脑针法"结合言语训练治疗脑性瘫痪(以下简称脑瘫)患儿言语障碍的临床疗效。[方法]64例患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用"补肾健脑针法"结合言语训练方法进行治疗,对照组单纯采用言语训练,言语训练方法同治疗组。分别于治疗前及3个月后予语言发育迟缓检查法(sign-significance,S-S法)、构音障碍评定法进行评分。[结果]治疗组语言发育迟缓的疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);构音障碍疗效比较,治疗组对咳嗽、吞咽、流涎等反射功能的积分改善差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),对软腭运动积分改善差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"补肾健脑针法"结合言语训练能有效改善患儿的言语功能,提高患儿的社会生活能力,值得推广应用。

[Objective] To observe the effectiveness of speech disorders of tonifying kidney-strengthening brain acupuncture therapy combined with speech training on treating the cerebral palsy children.[Methods] 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group as ＂ The tonifying kidney-strengthening ibrain acupuncture＂ combined with speech training and control group were treated using speech training, both groups were treated with speech training.Before treatment and three months later with delayed language development test method（sign-significance, SS Act） and dysarthria assessment method score to evaluate the clinical effect.[Results] The efficacy of language retardation of the treatment group was better than simple speech training. There was a significant difference（P〈0.01） in improving cough, swallowing, salivation reflection function of dysarthria, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05） in improved integration of the soft palate movement. [Conclusion] ＂The tonifying kidney-strengthening brain acupuncture＂ combined with speech training can improve children speech function and the ability to improve the social life of children.
