护理专业本科生从事护理工作积极意愿及影响因素研究 被引量:11

The level and influence factors of undergraduate nursing students' positive willingness for nursing practice

摘要 目的调查护理本科生从事护理专业积极意愿的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和从事护理专业积极意愿调查问卷,对145名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生从事护理专业的积极意愿条目均分为(3.62±0.51)分,其中66.2%(96/145)积极意愿较高,20.0%(29/145)积极意愿一般,13.8%(20/145)积极意愿较低。多元线性回归分析显示,入学时选择护理专业的原因、在社团任职、年级是影响护理本科生从事护理专业积极意愿的主要因素(R2=0.165,F=9.255,P<0.001)。结论一半以上的护理本科生有从事护理专业的积极意愿,与选择专业的原因、在校任职情况、年级等因素有关。 Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of undergraduate nursing students' positive willingness for practice in nursing specialty. Methods Totally 145 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using a general demographic questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire of undergraduate nursing students' positive willingness for nursing specialty. Results The average score of positive attitude towards working in nursing specialty was 3.62±0.51. Among the 145 students,66.2%(96/145) showed positive attitude towards working in nurs- ing specialty and 13.8%(20/145) showed negative attitude. Multiple regression analysis indicated that the reason of choosing nursing as career,leadership in student activities,and the grade were influence factors of students' willing- ness for working in nursing speciahy(R2=0.165,F=9.255,P〈0.001). Conclusion Most undergraduate nursing students show positive attitude towards working in nursing specialty,and it is mainly related to priority for choosing nursing as career,leadership in students activities and grade.
