摘要
目的探讨同伴互助学习法在老年精神科噎食风险管理培训中的应用效果。方法对老年精神科18名护士进行为期3个月的同伴互助学习噎食风险管理理论与临床演练,比较培训前后噎食风险管理理论与操作考核成绩、临床能力考核评分。结果培训后护士噎食风险管理理论考核成绩得分为(87.89±3.07)分,操作考核成绩得分为(91.39±3.24)分,均较培训前明显提高(P<0.05);临床工作能力各项得分均较培训前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论应用同伴互助学习法对老年精神科护士实施噎食风险管理的培训,可以提高护士噎食评估、应急处理等综合能力,确保护理安全。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of peer-assisted learning in choking risk management training among nurses in geriatric psychiatry department. Methods Peer-assisted learning method was applied in a three- month training program of choking risk management among 18 nurses in geriatric psychiatry department. The out- comes were evaluated using nurses' performance in theoretical examination and skills test about choking risk manage- ment as well as clinical competence assessment before and after training. Results After training,nurses' perfor- mance in theoretical examination about choking risk management(87.89±3.07),skills test(91.39±3.24) and clinical competence increased significantly than baseline(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of peer-assisted learning in choking risk management training among nurses in geriatric psychiatry department can improve nurses' competence in choking assessment and emergency response and ensure nursing safety.
