摘要
目的探讨多元化培训方法在低年资护士护理技术操作培训中的应用效果。方法编写护理操作教案,采用小组合作学习模式,应用案例分析、情境模拟等方法进行多元化培训。比较培训前后低年资护士的理论与技能考核成绩及培训前后低年资护士护理操作差错的发生情况。结果培训后低年资护士理论、技能考核成绩均优于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后护理操作差错发生例次较培训前明显减少。结论多元化的培训方法能促进低年资护士对操作的掌握,正确解决临床护理操作中遇到的问题,增强护理操作安全意识,减少护理差错的发生,是一种较理想的护理操作培训方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of diversified nursing skills training among junior nurses. Methods Measures included editing teaching plan of nursing skills and implementing diversified training such as team-based learning,case analysis and simulation teaching. The outcomes were evaluated using junior nurses' perfor- mance in theoretical examination and skills test. Results After training,nurses performance in theoretical examina- tion and skills test was improved significantly(P〈0.01),and the frequency of nursing errors decreased significantly. Conclusion Diversified training can help junior nurses master nursing skills and solve clinical problems properly, improve their safety awareness and reduce the frequency of nursing errors.
