摘要
目的调查肿瘤科护士心理韧性现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和中文版心理韧性量表对100名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士心理韧性总分为(61.30±10.11)分。多元逐步回归分析显示年龄、医院等级、月收入进入回归方程,能解释总变异的17.2%。结论肿瘤科护士心理韧性水平一般,管理者应该重视提高薪酬待遇、改善工作环境、满足低年资专科护士心理需要,提高肿瘤科护士心理韧性水平。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of resilience among oncology nurses. Methods One hundred oncology nurses were investigated using Connor-Davidson Resilience Seale(CD-RISC). Results The resilience score of oncology nurses was 61.30±10.11. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that nurses' age,hospital grade and monthly income were influencing factors of resilience,which could explain 17.2% of the total variance. Conclusion Oncology nurses show moderate level of resilience. Hospital administrators should take actions to improve nurses' income and working environment and meet the psychological demands of junior nurses,and thereby to enchance nurses' resilience.
