Advantage,Path and Countermeasures of Developing Cloud Computing Industry in Heihe City

云计算产业是国家重点发展的战略性新兴产业,符合绿色低碳的产业发展方向,发展前景广阔。在对云计算及云计算产业概念进行研究界定的基础上,通过调查研究分析,认为黑龙江省黑河市发展云计算产业的优势比较明显,并从云计算技术发展的视角提出了黑河市云计算产业发展路径,有针对性地提出了对策建议。

Cloud computing industry is a strategic industry which is accord with the green low - carbon development prospects. On the basis of defining the concept of cloud computing and cloud computing industry, this paper argues that the advantage of devel- oping cloud computing industry in Heihe city is obvious, at the same time, the paper put forward some suggestions about the path of developing cloud computing technology and the countermeasures to deal with problems met in this respect.
