摘要 甲醛是室内主要气体污染物之一,严重危害人类身体健康。因此,开发高灵敏度和选择性的甲醛传感器显得非常重要。综述了近年来甲醛气体传感器的研究进展,从甲醛气体传感器敏感材料的制备、传感性能和存在的问题等方面进行了讨论,并指出了甲醛气体传感器的发展趋势。 Formaldehyde gas is one of the main indoor pollutant,which seriously endangers human health.Therefore,it is very important to develop formaldehyde gas sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity. Research progress of formaldehyde gas sensor in recent years is reviewed,preparation of sensitive materials,gas senstive properties,and existing problems of formaldehyde gas sensor are discussed,and future development trend of formaldehyde gas sensor is pointed out.
