磁阻传感器在六臂井径测井仪中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 磁阻传感器具有体积小、易安装,可以不直接接触被测物等优点,介绍了一种基于磁阻传感器用于测量裸眼井井径的六臂井径测井仪实现原理,分析了误差影响因素。经实验测试,结果表明:基于磁阻传感器的六臂井径测井仪在测量精度可以达到2.5 mm,其分辨率以及仪器的可靠性与保养性等相对于传统测井仪优势明显,具有很高的应用推广价值。 Magnetroresistive sensor has advantages that it can be easily installed,small volume and non-contact with measured objects directly. A new type of six-arm caliper logging tool based on magnetroresistive sensors which can measure diameters of open hole is introduced,and effect factor of measurement error has been analyzed.Through experimental test,results show that measurement precision of six-arm caliper logging tool can reach2. 5 mm,it has some obvious advantages on resolution and reliability and maintenance,compared with traditional logging tool,thus it has a broad prospect of popularization and application.
