全科医学理念指导下治疗癌症验案三例

Three Cases of Cancer Treatment Under the Guidance of the Concept of General Practice

全科医学要求医生采用生物-心理-社会医学模式开展医疗卫生服务,本文探讨全科医学理念在癌症诊疗中的作用,取得较为理想的效果。对胃腺癌、子宫内膜癌手术放疗后盆腔转移又无法耐受放化疗、身患多种疾病的姑息手术后的胰头恶性肿瘤患者进行门诊全科整体治疗照顾,患者恢复良好,几乎无不良反应发生,胃癌患者门诊治疗10个月后完全缓解,至今已满11年10个月;子宫内膜癌患者顺利康复,至今已满5年10个月;胰头恶性肿瘤患者肿块消失,体质量增加,恢复夫妻性生活,至今已满4年10个月。因此运用全科医学理念对癌症患者的整体照顾,对于降低或消除抗癌手段的毒副作用,提高生活质量,完全缓解癌症或显著缓解癌症具有现实的临床实践意义。

In general practice,doctors are required to adopt the bio- psycho- social medical mode in medical and health services. The paper investigated the role of the concept of general practice in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer,and it was found to be ideal. The condition of a gastric adenocarcinoma patient, an endometrial cancer patient who had pelvic metastasis after surgery and radiotherapy but was not tolerant to chemoradiotherapy and a patient who had malignant neoplasm of head of pancreas and several other diseases and had underwent palliative operation. The three patients all received outpatient general practice overall care and all had favorable recovery almost without adverse reactions. The gastric adenocarcinoma patient received 10- month outpatient treatment and had complete remission which had remained for 11 years and 10 months; the endometrial cancer patient had recovery which had kept for 5 years and 10 months; the patient who had malignant neoplasm in head of pancreas saw the lumps disappear and the body weight increase and recovered sex life,and it has been 4 years and 10 months after that. Therefore,the application of the concept of general practice on the overall care of cancer patient can reduce or eliminate the toxic and side effects of anti- cancer measures,improve quality of life,and has realistic clinical significance on the complete remission or evident remission of cancer.
