摘要
针对某型飞机进气道口盖连接区螺钉松动、掉落现象,利用有限元技术结合声疲劳分析DSR法进行声疲劳分析,建立进气道整体有限元模型,并采用Bush单元来定义口盖连接处螺钉,通过细化有限元模型来反映结构整体刚度对结构声响应的影响,结果表明,进气道的结构抗声疲劳的细节薄弱部位与破坏部位吻合较好。
On certain type of aircraft, the phenomenon of screw loosing and falling in the connecting region around air intake cover is happened. On this paper, the finite element technique and DSR method are used to conduct the sonic fatigue analysis so as to establish the finite element model for the whole air intake. Bush element is also used to define the screw in connecting region. The model is detailed to reflect the effect on structural sonic response from overall stiffness of the structure, the result of analysis shows that the weak part in anti-sonic fatigue on intake structure fits well the damaged part of that structure.
