摘要
在产品工艺设计阶段最大限度地识别潜在失效原因并采取防范措施,对于产品研制和后期批生产的质量保证来说十分重要。本文介绍了PFMEA技术应用于某型号透明组件工艺设计的实例,通过潜在失效原因分析,找出了透明件组件现行制造工艺中影响产品质量的关键影响因素,并通过PFMEA分析制订了纠正措施。最终经试制、试验,验证了纠正后工艺设计的可靠性,有效地降低了产品制造风险。
To identify the potential failure reasons and to take the preventive actions in the product technology design phase are very important for product development and quality assurance of later batch production. This paper introduces the real example that the PFMEA technique is applied on the process design of transparent assembly on a certain-type of aircraft. The key factors that affect the product quality in the current transparent assembly fabrication process are found out by analyzing the potential failure reasons, and the corrective actions are developed through PFMEA analysis as well. Finally, it verifies the reliability of corrected process design by trial producing and testing, so the product fabrication risk is reduced effectively.
