核桃楸叶提取物对2种天敌昆虫的毒力作用

Toxicity of Extract from Juglans mandshurica Maxim.Leaves on Two Species of Natural Enemies

为评价核桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)叶乙醇提取物对异色瓢虫(Harmonia axyridis)和松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi)的毒性作用,以清水作为对照,在室内测定了0.697 8、1.359 6、2.039 5 g·L-1提取物对2种天敌的毒力作用。结果表明:核桃楸叶乙醇提取物对异色瓢虫和松毛虫赤眼蜂具有较高毒性,经2.039 5 g·L-1乙醇提取物处理48 h后,异色瓢虫3龄幼虫和成虫的校正死亡率分别为69.23%和83.67%,松毛虫赤眼蜂的LC50为1.127 9 g·L-1。

With new botanical insecticide,we studied the insecticidal activity of extracts from leaves of Juglans mandshurica on Harmonia axyridis and Trichogramma dendrolimi.We evaluated the toxicity of alcohol extractive with different concentrations on two insect natural enemies in the laboratory with the distilled water as control.The extract from J.mandshurica had significantly contact toxicity against H.axyridis and T.dendrolimi.When H.axyridis was treated with the concentration of2.039 5 g / L for 48 h,the corrected mortalities of third-instar larvae and adults were up to 69.23% and 83.67%,respectively.The value of LC50 for extract from Trichogramma dendrolimi was 1.127 9 g / L.
