肝脏困难部位腹腔镜切除的探索与发展 被引量：5

摘要 自1991年Reich首次实施腹腔镜肝切除术（1aparoscopichepatectomy，LH）以来，腹腔镜肝脏切除已经得到广泛的推广和应用。范围从局部切除到扩大的半肝切除，甚至活体肝移植供肝的获取，病变涉及肝脏各种良恶性肿瘤以及肝内胆管结石。
