一种新型电动车自行车雨棚的设计与研究

Design and Research of a New Type Canopy of Electric Vehicle and Bicycle

雨棚是一种户外活动常用的装置。利用一种可以任意转动,并在任意角度锁紧的旋转球阀装置,结合遮阳棚结构,设计了一种应用于电动车和自行车等方面的便携式、多角度和高度可调节的新型雨棚。该新型雨棚可以完成折叠与角度变换,同时利用伸缩杆来调节高度,用于解决普通雨棚无保护骑行者在遇到突变天气(雨天、强光天气)时视线盲区较大,雨天行车影响骑行者视线与安全这一问题;并能根据不同人身高调节雨棚的高度,以满足对视线的要求。

The canopy is a device commonly used in outdoor activities.Design a rotating ball valve device,which could rotate at any angle.It is easy to combine a sunshade and the ball together,which could complete such functions as folding and angle transformation that some ordinary sunshades can not complete.The expansion rod is used to solve the problem of the height adjustment.The multi-stage regulation avoids the disadvantage of the common canopy.According to the design requirement,the new type canopy provides such functions as portable,multi-angle,and height adjustment.When riders encounter different weather or meet sight requirement in line with the different body-height,this canopy could satisfy the requirement,but the common canopy couldn＇t.This new canopy could also solve the problem of sight blind area in bad weather（rain weather or sunshine）to protect riders＇ secure.
