一种基于LRM模块的液冷机箱设计

One Kind of Liquid-cooled Chassis Design

液冷技术产品具有散热好、噪声低和灰尘少等优点,然而,高成本、难维护等问题限制了液冷技术类产品的推广普及。针对上述问题,研究设计了一种基于LRM模块的液冷机箱产品。对液冷机箱产品的工作原理、技术指标和环境适应性要求进行了研究,论证了液冷机箱设计方案的可行性。经过对比分析可知,该产品较其他同类产品具有低成本、易维护的优点,并通过8类试验证明了该产品的有效性,进一步推动了液冷技术类产品的发展与普及。

The liquid cooling technology products have good heat dissipation,low noise,less dust,etc.,however,the high cost,difficult maintenance problems limit the promotion of universal liquid cooling technology products.Aiming the above problems,design liquid-cooled chassis products LRM module based on liquid cooling technology.Firstly introduce the system design of liquid-cooled chassis products（works,technical specifications,environmental suitability requirements）,and then demonstrate the feasibility of liquid-cooled chassis design,the comparative analysis shows that the product has a lower cost than other similar products and easy maintenance advantage.Finally,eight categories of tests prove the effectiveness of the product,and further promote the development and popularization of products with the liquid cooling technology.
