温州市民营医院履行社会责任现状调查

Investigation of Performance State Quo of Private Hospitals' Social Responsibility in Wenzhou

目的:了解温州市民营医院履行社会责任的现状,探讨相关影响因素与有效策略。方法:对温州市10家民营医院的就诊患者和医务人员采用方便抽样方法进行问卷调查,对部分民营医院管理层进行口头访谈。结果:被调查患者对民营医院社会责任概念认知不清但需求强烈。民营医院存在虚假医疗广告问题,反哺社会自觉性仍需提高,服务质量满意度一般,薪酬满意度较高。结论:民营医院需加深社会责任认识,加强医疗质量管理,强化行业自律、政府监管与媒体第三方监督。

Objective： To find out the situation of private hospitals＇ social responsibility in Wenzhou and discuss influencing factors and efficient countermeasures. Methods： We investigated patients and medical staffs of ten private hospitals with questionnaire and interviewed some managers. Results： The respondents＇ cognition of concept of social responsibility of private hospitals was not clear but their demands were urgent.There was problem of false medical advertisement,the consciousness repaying the society still needed to improve,the service quality satisfaction degree was in general and the reasonable salary satisfaction degree was higher. Conclusion： Private hospitals need to deepen understanding of social responsibility,improve management of medical quality,strengthen industry self- discipline,supervision of government and media third- party supervision.
