摘要 目的:了解湖北省县级公立医院卫生人力资源配置现状,为县级公立医院卫生人力资源优化配置提供理论参考和决策依据。方法:根据地理位置分布和社会经济发展水平,选取湖北省6家县级公立医院进行调查,并运用描述性统计分析方法对数据进行统计分析。结果:县级公立医院卫生人员数量不足,整体素质偏低,本科以上学历者仅占7.7%,高级职称者占比低于全省平均水平,有用卫生人才流失严重。结论:应以湖北省县级公立医院综合改革为契机,进一步优化县级公立医院卫生人力数量和结构,促使高层次卫生人才下沉到基层,促进县级公立医院卫生人才队伍的稳定和发展。 Objective: To understand present status and existing problems of health human resources of country public hospitals in Hubei province so as to provide theoretical reference and decision- making basis for optimizing configuration of health human resources. Methods: According to the geography distribution and social economic development level,we adopted the method of typical investigation on six country public hospitals and used the method of descriptive statistical analysis to analysis data. Results: Medical staff of country public hospitals was shortage and low quality,only 7. 7% of doctors and nurses had university or above degree,it was difficult to retain talent etc. Conclusion: It was necessary to further optimize the county public hospital health manpower quantity and structure,to promote the high level health personnel sink to the grassroots level,to promote the stability and development of the county public hospital health personnel by taking the comprehensive reform of county public hospitals in Hubei Province as an opportunity.
