摘要
急诊联动体系以三环理论为指导,通过建立高效的急诊服务体系,满足急诊患者日益增长的诊疗需求。笔者结合目前急诊患者滞留严重、急诊分诊标准不明确、地区间急诊水平发展不平衡等问题,从院前急救信息平台、院内急诊信息化和院间转诊信息共享3个方面入手,通过整合多种信息技术和医疗资源,构建急诊联动体系,完善急诊联动体系基础建设,发挥急诊联动体系最大效用。
The emergency joint action system is guided by the three links theory to set up a highly efficient emergency services system for satisfying the increasing requirement of patients. Combined with the current problems,which includes serious retention problem of patients,undefined standard of emergency triage,imbalanced regional development of the emergency,the paper proposes to construct an emergency joint action system and information platform through integrating various information technology and medical resources from 3 aspects including the pre- hospital emergency infor mation platform,the hospital emergency infor mation and the emergency between hospitals.
