摘要
优化了BTCA对棉织物的免烫整理工艺以提高免烫整理棉织物的撕破强力保留率。使用BTCA 60 g/L、SHP30 g/L、EDC-HCl 6 g/L,PEG200 20 g/L和TEA 20 g/L;在160℃×240 s的焙烘条件下交联,再用20 g/L的Powersoft AE38进行柔软整理。经过该方法免烫整理的棉织物在水洗后折皱回复角为261°,撕破强力保留率达到69.6%。
In order to improve the tear strength retention of the durable press finishing cotton fabric, the durable press finishing process of cotton fabric with BTCA was optimized. The process was as follow: the dosages of BTCA, SHP, EDCHCl, PEG200 and TEA were 60 g/L, 30 g/L, 6 g/L, 20 g/L and 20 g/L, respectively. Then the crosslinking process was baked at 160 ℃ for 240 s. Lastly, 20g/L Powersoft AE38 was used for soft finishing. After the durable press finishing in this process, the wrinkle recovery angle of the washed cotton fabric was 261° and the tear strength retention rate was 69.6%.
