摘要
将系列三嵌段共聚物聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸肉桂酸乙酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(Pt BMA-b-PCEMA-b-PDMAEMA)在异丙醇中退火,随后将它们透析到水中自组装得到多隔段胶束,发现其形态与Pt BMA和PCEMA的体积分数有关,与PDMAEMA无关。在紫外光下对PCEMA嵌段进行交联,将交联后的胶束透析到四氢呋喃中,得到了具有表面活性的纳米级两亲性Janus粒子,可降低水的表面张力,且随溶液质量浓度的增加,表面张力逐渐减小,但是低质量浓度时不明显,0.1 g/L时较显著。
A series of triblock terpolymers poly(tert-butyl methacrylate)-block-poly(2-(cinnamoyloxy) ethylmethacrylate)-block-poly(N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(Pt BMA- b-PCEMA-b-PDMAEMA) were selfassembled in water after annealing in isopropanol to obtain multicompartment micelles. It is found that the morphologies of the micelles were determined by the volume ratio of Pt BMA and PCEMA rather than PDMAEMA. After the photocrosslinking of the PCEMA segment and dialyzing into tetrahydrofuran, the nanoscale amphipathic Janus particles with surface activity were formed. The surface tension of water can be lowered by Janus particles. And the surface tension reduced gradually as the concentration of amphipathic Janus particles increased. The reduction became more significant as the concentration increased towards 0.1g/L.
