氢渗透对一种低合金临氢钢冲击韧度的影响

摘要 采用恒电流阴极电解充氢法对一种临氢钢的冲击试样进行充氢,随后立刻对其进行冲击测试,从而获得该材料冲击韧度随充氢时间延长的变化规律。通过与普通低合金铸钢材料的测试结果进行对比分析可知,充氢前后该临氢钢的冲击试样没有完全断裂,断口组织致密,未发现孔洞,属典型韧性断裂。随充氢时间延长,该临氢钢的冲击韧度呈先快速下降约12%后趋于稳定的变化趋势,表现出较强的耐氢损伤性能,适用于临氢环境中服役。 The cathodic electrolytic hydrogen charging with constant current was applied to the anti-hydrogen steel specimens, after that the impact test was performed immediately on the specimens, therefore the effects of charging time under the condition of constant charging current on impact toughness of the anti-hydrogen steel were obtained. Further analysis was carried out by comparing the effects with those of a common low alloy cast steel. The results indicated that the impact specimens of the anti-hydrogen steel before and after hydrogen charging did not fracture totally. Their broken surface, with compact structure and without visible hole or pore, showed a typical ductile fracture. With extending charging time, impact toughness of the anti-hydrogen steel dropped quickly at beginning period and then became stable at about 88% of its original value. The anti-hydrogen steel exhibited a strong performance against hydrogen damage and was suitable for service in the environment with hydrogen damage
