摘要
采用X射线衍射分析、X射线荧光分析、微观形貌观察、能谱分析等方法,对Inconel 625镍基合金热轧板的氧化皮组成、翘皮缺陷形貌成分及形成机理进行了分析。结果表明,Inconel 625热轧板表面翘皮主要分为两类,一类为裂纹状翘皮,伴随着过热现象发生,这是由于板坯存在皮下气泡,在轧制过程中随着基体延展而延伸、破裂;另一类为结疤状翘皮,是由于板坯表面存在由于锻打而形成的凹坑,轧制过程中不能被轧合,并卷入氧化层。根据不同翘皮类型及其形成机理,提出相应的改善措施,使此类问题得到了很好的解决。
By means of X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis, microscopic morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis, the chemical compositions of oxide layers and the morphology, compositions and formation mechanism of shell defects on Inconel 625 Ni-based hotrolled plates were analyzed. The results showed that the surface shell defects on Ineonel 625 hot-rolled plates mainly fall into two types: one type is the crack shell defect, which occurs when excessively heated, the subsurface bubbles in Inconel 625 slab extend and then break as the slab stretches during hot-rolling; the other type is the scar shell defect, which results from the fact that the pits formed by forging on the slab surface can not be healed during the rolling process and get drawn into the oxide layer. According to the different shell defect types and formation mechanism, the corresponding improving methods were put forward so as to solve the problems.
