利用熔融钢渣处理含锌粉尘的初步实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国含锌粉尘排量的不断增加,环境及人类健康受到的危害也越来越严重,因此钢铁企业含锌粉尘的有效处理是环境及经济的客观要求。实验提出利用熔融钢渣的显热处理含锌粉尘并回收金属锌的方法。实验研究发现,当煤粉的质量分数为16%,粘结剂的质量分数为7%,球团直径为12 mm时氧化锌的还原效果较佳。煤粉含量和粘结剂是影响氧化锌还原效果的重要因素之一。 With the continuous increase of zinc-containing dust emissions in China, the harm to environment and health of human is becoming more and more serious. Consequently, iron and steel enterprises are required to manage appropriately their zinc-containing dust. It was put forward that the zinc-containing dust was treated by using the sensible heat of molten steel slag to realize the recovery of valuable metals such as zinc and iron. Through the tests in the steel mill, the results showed that the reduction effect of zinc oxide was affected by the coal quantity of zinc pellets and the pellet strength. When the coal content was 16% , the binder content was 7% and the pellet diameter was 12 ram, the reduction effect of zinc oxide was quite good.
