文章结合工程实例,对地下室顶板结构大板式梁板布置方案、十字梁式梁板布置方案及十字梁加次梁布置方案三种方案进行经济性比较分析,综合考虑造价、施工、结构性能等因素,优化结构设计,认为地下室顶板十字梁式布置方案结构布置灵活,更经济适用。

Combining with the work cases, the paper analyzes and compares the economy of the three structure plans which are the plate structure, the cross beam structure and the structure of cross beam plus second cross beam so as to optimize the structural design in consideration of cost, construction, performance, structure, and other factors. The result is that cross beam structure of basement roof is flexible, which is more economical and practical.
