纳米乳液驱油体系性能评价及驱油机理分析 被引量:12

摘要 针对低渗透油田开发困难的问题,开发了一种纳米乳液驱油体系,评价了纳米乳液与油田地层水的配伍性、界面张力性能、对岩心润湿性的影响,并通过室内岩心驱替试验评价了纳米乳液的驱油效果,分析了纳米乳液提高采收率的作用机理。评价结果显示:纳米乳液平均粒径为24.7 nm,与地层水具有较好的配伍性能;纳米乳液溶液能使原油界面张力降低到10^(-3)m N/m数量级,同时使岩心向中性润湿方向改变,质量分数0.2%纳米乳液溶液能提高原油采收率15%。 Aiming at the problem about difficulty development of low permeability oil field,a nano emulsion oil displacement system is developed. The compatibility of nano emulsion and formation water in oil field,interfacial tension,and effect on the wettability of cores are evaluated. At the same time the flooding effect of nano emulsion is evaluated by indoor core body test,and the effect mechanism of nano emulsion on enhanced oil recovery is analyzed. The evaluation results show that the average particle size of the nano emulsion is 24. 7 nm,and the compatibility of the formation water is better,nano emulsion can make the interfacial tension decreased to10-3m N / m magnitude,and change wettability of cores to neutral direction,0. 2% mass fraction of nano emulsion solution can enhance oil recovery rate of 15%.
