摘要
通过考察吸收塔尾气的SO_2排放量、吸收剂的吸收率和吸收容量等3个因素的变化,研究亚硫酸钠循环法中加入有机胺配伍剂后,对湿法烟气脱硫中SO_2吸收剂吸收效果的影响。试验结果表明:在常规SO_2吸收剂中加入有机胺作为配伍剂后,减缓了吸收剂pH值降低的速率,降低了排放浓度,提高了吸收液对SO_2的吸收率,并且极大地提高了吸收剂对SO_2的吸收容量,显著地提升了整个体系对SO_2的吸收效果。同时表明,有机胺配伍剂增大了可再生吸收剂pH值的调控范围,也为进一步优化操作条件、提高净化度,并且适应更加苛刻的排放标准提供了更好的依据。
The influences of organic amine compatibility agent on the absorption effect of SO_2 absorbent in wet process of flue gas desulfurization are studied by investigating the changes of SO_2 emissions in absorber exhaust gas,absorption rate and absorption capacity after adding organic amine compatibility agent in the sodium sulfite circulation process. The results show that after adding organic amine compatibility agent in the conventional SO_2 absorbent,the SO_2 absorption effect of the whole system is improved obviously from aspects such as pH value drops slowly,emission concentration of SO_2 reduces and absorption capacity enhances greatly. The control range of pH value is enlarged,which provides basis to optimize the operation conditions,increase degree of purification and accommodate the harsher emission standard.
