栓剂的研究与应用进展

Research and Application Progress on the Suppository

栓剂为原料药与适宜基质制成的外用固体制剂,已经有千余年的使用历史,按其作用可分为两类:在腔道内起局部作用,由腔道吸收至血液起全身作用。随着近年来栓剂的不断发展,和其具有的使用方便简单,效果明显可靠等特点,栓剂在临床领域的应用也越加广泛。本文主要对栓剂的种类、基质种类及要求、制备方法、临床应用、新型栓剂及栓剂在天然药物中的应用等进行简单综述。

Suppository,solid preparation for external using,is made of active ingredient and suppository base,which has a history of thousand years.It has a therapeutic effect on local,or plays a role of systemic absorption into the bloodstream.With the continuous development of suppository in recent years,suppository widely applies in clinical application,it has the characteristics of convenient use,obvious effect and the like.The suppository for its type,substrate,preparation method,application,the new dosage form and the application process in natural medication was mainly generalized.
